Hernany Veytia is an accomplished international consultant and legal expert with over three decades of experience spanning corporate finance, international business transactions, sustainability finance and international dispute resolution.   As the founder of the UK awarded company LUKAIROS LTD she has pioneered innovative solutions in fintechs and legaltechs, particularly focusing on ESG transitions, fair trade, and sustainable development. Her work with the European Space Agency has led to groundbreaking projects in environmental monitoring and catastrophe bonds, demonstrating her ability to merge technological innovation with sustainable finance.​

She has structured direct investments in dozens of countries around the world.  Her expertise in corporate finance was honed during her tenure as partner at BNM and Deloitte, where she provided comprehensive advisory services in corporate and project finance including the feasibility studies for energy, mining, and infrastructure projects, structured management buy-outs, conducted dumping investigations, and managed complex bank liquidations.   In international business transactions, Hernany Veytia has developed particular expertise in sustainable supply chains and cross-border trade. Hernany has extensive experience in international litigation and arbitration.  She has acted as both counsel and arbitrator in numerous high-profile cases involving sectors such as engineering, logistics, mineral resources, and international trade.  She has also particular expertise in Climate Change related disputes.
